Part 3: Limits - Section 2: Limits for harmonic current emissions (equipment input current 16A per phase) - Limits for self-ballasted lamps

Abstract

The document contains the German version of the European Standard EN 61000-3-2 1995 and is , with the exception of the additional incorporated EN 61000-3-2 1995/A13:1997, identical with the International standard IEC 61000-3-2:1995. It contains requirements for the harmonic currents emissions of electrical and electronic equipment having an input current ≤ 16 A per phase which are intended to be connected to a public low-voltage supply system. The scope was extended and clarified in relation to the previous standard. In the normative annexes measurements to test the fulfilling of the limits are described. The additional incorporated EN 61000-3-2:1995/A13:1997 amends the test conditions for vacuum cleaners and water suction cleaning appliances.
