Equipment for continuously monitoring airborne tritium in the workplace and the environment

Abstract

This standard specifies requirements and test procedures for equipment intended for simultaneous, delayed or discrete sequential measurement of airborne tritium in the workplace, in gaseous effluents discharged to the environment as well as in the environment itself. Concerning the monitoring of gaseous effluents it refers to the general requirements given in DIN EN 60761-1 (VDE 0493-1-1) and for effluent tritium monitors according to DIN EN 60761-5 (VDE 0493-1-5).
