Beyond it, it is intended using the principles and measuring terms defined in this standard also for maintenance to ensure overall one unique, transparent and continuous system within the measurement. The application of this standard for modifications shall be agreed between the contracting partners and the admission offices. Further demands which exceed the requirements of this standard shall be agreed between the contracting partners. The measuring processes refer to bodies respectively running gears of railway vehicles or assembly groups of it.
