Secondary cells and batteries containing alkaline or other non-acid electrolytes - Sealed nickel-metal hydride prismatic rechargeable single cells
Abstract
This International Standard specifies the labelling, designation, dimensions, tests and requirements for prismatic rechargeable gas-tight nickel-metal hydride single cells. In addition to discharge behaviour and shelf life, the tests also consider overcharging and the function of the safety devices. Conditions for approval and acceptance tests are also included.
