Hardware and software interface for testing of DC EVSE with phantom power
Abstract
This prestandard specifies the minimum measurement and system technology requirements for stationary conductive DC supply equipment, e.g. in accordance with DIN EN IEC 61851-1 (VDE 0122-1), calibration test equipment and the interface between the supply equipment and the calibration test equipment when calibrating the energy measuring equipment of the supply equipment. This prestandard specifies terms, configurations and requirements for this purpose. This prestandard is limited to the description of a calibration-compliant and traceable calibration test equipment that is connected to a DC supply equipment for the purpose of calibration. For this purpose, the calibration test equipment is connected to the DC supply equipment via a calibration interface. During calibration, the DC supply equipment is disconnected from the power-carrying part of the mains connection, but continues to supply electrical energy to the calibration test equipment and the components required to operate the DC supply equipment (e.g. the supply point measuring device). The energy supply required for calibration is now provided by the calibration test equipment. The pre-standard also describes the requirements for the calibration interface. The preliminary standard contains minimum requirements and criteria for the evaluation of measuring equipment. The term minimum requirements here means that further requirements may result from technical regulations and legal provisions. Data protection requirements do not fall within the scope of this prestandard. This prestandard does not describe any requirements for paper printers for displaying or recording measurement results. In contrast to the definition in EnWG [1], §3 number 36, supply measuring devices (e.g. charging points) in the sense of this preliminary standard describe equipment for the provision of electrical energy for non-stationary equipment.
