Abstract
This standard specifies the minimum requirements and tests for a mask-helmet combination for use with breathing apparatus and firefighting clothing. This standard applies to a functional combination of personal protective equipment. This standard specifies additional requirements for the mask-helmet combination, which are not contained in DIN EN 136, for the breathing apparatus and are not included in DIN EN 443 for the helmet.
