This document has been prepared by the DIN Standards Committee Shipbuilding and Marine Technology (NSMT), working committee NA 132-02-11 AA "Marine environment protection". This document is an application standard for bilge water tank systems on seagoing vessels. The aim is to define a system structure of the bilge water tank system for optimum treatment of the liquids produced.
