Abstract

This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure has been drawn up by a DIN-SPEC-consortium set up on a temporary basis. This DIN SPEC has been developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword. This document defines a structure and categorization of industrial performance categories, in particular based on the DIN SPEC 77229 series. It also provides a visualization of this structure in the area of industrial process plants so that services can be better assigned and differentiated from one another. The service contents defined in this document do not correspond to the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) and do not provide formulation aids for services in building construction, civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and transportation construction, which are contained in the Standard Service Book for Construction (STLB-Bau) and the Standard Service Book for Time Contract Work (STLB-BauZ).
