Abstract

This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure has been drawn up by a DIN-SPEC-consortium set up on a temporary basis. This DIN SPEC has been developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword This document defines the contents and formats of the information exchange for the cement supply chain in order to be able to use it in a modern ordering, delivery, goods receipt and invoicing process. For this document the process starts with the order intake and ends with the completion of delivery note and delivery. This document does not cover the acquisition process, contracting, invoicing and following steps. The aim of this document is to increase efficiency within the cement supply chain, thus also helping to conserve resources within the supply chain. This document is to be used for cement bagged and silo goods. This part of the DIN SPEC 91454 series is intended to promote the conservation of resources in the cement supply and value chain and to help ensure that delivery note information is standardized and easily available.
