Abstract

This Part 11 of the DIN 6650 series of standards is intended to supplement and expand on the requirements of DIN 6650-6, especially Clause 6. This document describes in detail all cleaning procedures for the common types of beverage dispensing systems and types of beverage, while Part 6, on the other hand, forms the framework of the requirements for cleaning and disinfection. This document is intended primarily for cleaners of beverage dispensing equipment and for training institutes that wish to train and qualify cleaners on the basis of this standard. The course of instruction and implementation for the qualification is governed by the DGUV principle 310-010 "Qualification of persons and recognition of training courses for the cleaning and disinfection of beverage dispensing equipment". The content requirements for this can be found in this part of the standard.
