The standard DIN EN 62769 (series) specifies the integration of intelligent field devices in control systems. This publication specifies a FDI profile of IEC 62769 for IEC 61784-1 CP 3/1 (PROFIBUS DP) and IEC 61784-1 CP3/2 (PROFIBUS PA).
