Abstract

This Technical Specification is applicable to the selection, installation and operation by a designer, user or operator of overfill prevention devices which are assembled from several components and are used in fixed or stationary vessels containing liquids hazardous to water. It specifies requirements and selection procedures of components as well as test procedures of an overfill prevention system and describes the measures necessary for installation and operation.
