Abstract

This document specifies a method for the determination of basic components in soil, treated biowaste, sludge and calcareous materials containing calcium and magnesium in basic form as silicate, hydroxide, carbonate or oxide. This document is based on a method for the determination of basic components in fertilisers, which was developed in the Fertiliser Analysis Group of the Association of Agricultural Research Stations (VDLUFA) and published in the VDLUFA Method Book Volume II.1 (ZITAT).
