Abstract

This topic has been submitted as a request for the development of a DIN SPEC. The application is currently being examined. DIN SPECs are developed within workshops. This document will be developed and approved by the organizations who will approve the business plan. This DIN SPEC defines service categories and their content (services) for pipeline construction for the field of industrial process plants. In this context, this DIN SPEC deals with pipe prefabrication, pipe assembly and disassembly as well as holder fabrication and assembly. The aforementioned service categories and their service contents are used as a basis for the description and evaluation of service items in standard service specifications. In this context, this DIN SPEC covers service categories for industrial plants in the field and at industrial sites. The service contents specified in this DIN SPEC do not comply with the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) and do not provide any formulation aids for services in building construction, civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and transport construction, which are contained in the Standard Service Book for Construction (STLB-Bau) and the Standard Service Book for Temporary Contracts (STLB-BauZ).
