Data Quality Level of metal scrap for (digital) trading
Abstract
The DIN SPEC specifies data quality levels (data scope and depth) for a controlled scrap collection and processing process for high-quality and climate-efficient metal production, with particular relevance for low-alloy steels, chromium steels, aluminum and copper. This closes the information loop from the metal processing plant or deconstruction / dismantling plant to the smelting plant and vice versa.
