All-or-nothing electrical relays - Tests and Measurements - Part 7-15: Robustness of Terminals (IEC 94/598/CD:2021); Text in German and English
Abstract
This part of IEC 61810-7 is used for testing along with the appropriate severities and conditions for measurements and tests designed to assess the ability of specimens to perform under expected conditions of transportation, storage and all aspects of operational use. It is used to determine the ability of relay terminals to withstand direct axial pulls, bending or twisting as they can be present in assembled configurations or during handling. In addition, it covers nuts and threaded terminals with regard to their ability to withstand torques likely to be experienced during normal assembly operations.
