Abstract

This topic has been submitted as a request for the development of a DIN SPEC according to the PAS procedure. The application is currently being examined. DIN SPECs in accordance with the PAS procedure are developed within workshops set up on a temporary basis. This document will be developed and approved by the authors who will approve the business plan. DIN SPEC 91607 describes the requirements for the urban digital twin for the usage in German and European cities and communities. DIN SPEC 91607 is aimed at researchers, IT experts, professional as well as technical operators of a digital twin, of communal data platforms as well as actors in subject-specific field of actions.
