Abstract
This standard applies to ICT equipment intended to supply or receive operating power from ICT ports using ICT wiring and cables. It covers particular requirements for circuits that are designed to transfer DC power from a power sourcing equipment (PSE) to a powered device (PD including passive equipment connected between the PSE and PD. The power transfer uses voltages that are ≤ 60 Vd.c. which are classified as ES1 per IEC 62368-1.
