Abstract

This document specifies a method for determining the resistance to cutting damage of the plastic materials used in insulation of leading wires of electric detonators, electronic detonators and the tubing of shock tube for non-electric detonators and electronic detonators, when drawn over a sharp edge under specified loading conditions. This document is applicable to explosives for civil uses.
