Abstract
This part of IEC 60079 applies to operators and deals only with aspects directly related to the testing, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment installed in potentially explosive atmospheres where the risk of explosion may be caused by flammable gases, vapors, mists, dusts, fibers or lint.
