Wind energy generation systems - Part 25-71: Communications for monitoring and control of wind power plants - Configuration description language (IEC 88/706/DTS:2018)
Abstract
This part is intended to extend the IEC 61400-25 series by a file format for describing communication-related Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) configurations of a wind turbine wind turbine, a wind turbine control wind turbine control, a mast, and so forth. The expansion of SCL to wind domain simplifies the integration of wind turbines and their integration into the electrical system. The introduction of SCL enables the formalized tool-based exchange of IED parameters, communication system configurations, switch-yard (functional) structures and the description of relationships between them.
