Abstract
This document deals with the requirements for use, installation positions, number of luminaires installed at each level, angles for the installation of obstruction lights in order to make them visible to pilots in day and night operation in all directions. Development of marking and lighting systems that adapt to all possible climatic conditions. This system is used to switch on the lights of the WTG when aircraft are detected. Requirement for IR radiation from WEC luminaires to be visible to rescue teams flying at low altitudes.
