Mounting and marking parts - Part 2: Generic standard; Text in German and English
Abstract
This generic specification in combination with the detail specifications applies for mounting and marking parts (in the following named components). The generic specification includes the general rules requirements and tests, which apply for all components. It contains positive informations however only as far as unchanging engineering requirements and test conditions are involved, i.e. properties and provisions that apply to all types of components as well as general procedures, matters of liability, patent law, etc. If statements of the detail standard differ from those given in the generic standard, statements of the detail standard shall apply.
