Electrical terminal elements - Part 2: Generic section standard; Text in German and English
Abstract
This generic section standard applies in combination with the detail standard for electrical terminal elements, in the following referred to as components. This generic section standard includes the general requirements and provisions. It contains statements relating to unchanging technical requirements and test conditions, i. e. properties and provisions that apply to the respective components as well as general procedures, matters of liability, patent law, etc. The detail standard specifies the specific technical requirements and tests applicable to the respective components. If statements of the detail standard differ from those given in the generic section standard, statements of the detail standard shall apply.
