Abstract

This standard applies to the main dimensions of two pole plugs with side earthing contacts, with a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V and a rated current not exceeding 16 A, intended for domestic and similar general purposes. In the new edition the references to DC plugs and for plugs with grooved pins have to be deleted as well as the normative references have to be actualized.
