Joint working committee FNCA/NAL: Dispense systems for draught beverages

The Joint Working Committee FNCA/NAL, "Beverage Dispensing Systems" (NA 012-00-04 GA) is formed by the FNCA and the DIN Standards Committee Food and Agricultural Products (NAL) is formed. In the NAL, the standardisation work is carried out within the working committee NA 057-02-01 AA "Food hygiene". In cooperation with the subject area "Beverage Dispensing Systems" in the Food Section of the Berufsgenossenschaft Nahrungsmittel (BGN), the Technical Rules for Beverage Dispensing Systems, which are no longer valid after the no longer valid Technical Rules for Beverage Dispensing Systems (TRSK) were converted into DIN standards. According to the definition (see DIN 6650-1), beverage dispensing systems are systems from which beverages are dispensed for final consumption with or without operating overpressure, but not systems that are operated with steam or hot water.
