Corrosion and corrosion protection

The committee NA 062-01-71 AA "Corrosion and corrosion protection" develops standards for the evaluation, assessment and requirements of corrosion and corrosion protection of metallic materials. Furthermore, standards for terminology, for electrochemical corrosion protection as well as for the principles for corrosion tests are developed. The standards in the field of coating as well as ship and marine technology are not developed in this working committee, although close coordination takes place.
