L.D. Eicher Award Committee Network - Steering Group

Coordination and leadership of the group is provided by the leadership of the most recent L.D. Eicher award winning committees, with this steering group consisting of the chairs and committee managers of the three most recent L.D. Eicher awards. The steering group is led by the chair and committee manager of the previous year’s award (i.e. the middle of the three teams) to enable the most recent winners to familiarise themselves with the requirements of the role for a year, before taking on the leadership. This would allow for the outgoing leaders to remain in the steering group for a year after stepping down, to provide continuity.
