Digital sovereignty
The workshop aims at developing the concept of digital sovereignty. It is based on the fundamental assumption that digital sovereignty is a key concept that needs to be understood and structured: controversies around whether digital sovereignty is even relevant or necessary are therefore out of scope of this workshop.
