NA 159-01-29 AA "Occupational assessment" is responsible for the processing of all standardization projects related to occupational aptitude testing at national, European and international level. In July 2016, the revised DIN 33430 "Job related proficiency assessment" was published. Compared to the standard published in 2002, changes in the process step "Planning of job-related aptitude assessments" in the aspects of job clarification, requirements analysis and concrete planning steps were specified and the aptitude characteristics were differentiated (qualification characteristics, competencies and potentials).
