Overview

The standard covers suspended wire plaster ceilings for attachment to load-bearing components in existing and new buildings. Suspended wire plaster ceilings within the meaning of this standard are flat or differently shaped ceilings without significant load-bearing capacity that are attached to load-bearing components. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 005-09-10 AA "Gips und Gipsprodukte (SpA zu CEN/TC 241)" ("Gypsum and gypsum based products (Mirror Committee of CEN/TC 241)") at DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering (NABau).
