Overview
This standard specifies the basic principles characterizing the behavior of elastomers at low temperatures (cold behavior). Test methods are described for determining the cold behavior during short-term cold storage and long-term cold storage. This standard has been prepared by NA 062-04-34 AA "Prüfung der physikalischen Eigenschaften von Kautschuk und Elastomeren" ("Test procedures for physical properties of rubber") at DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing (NMP).
