Overview
This standard applies to statutory metrology measuring instruments on tank vehicles intended for the delivery of thin liquid mineral oils and related substances. This standard specifies requirements for measuring instruments on tank vehicles that make it difficult to fraudulently use and/or modify them and that minimize the possibility of unintentional misuse. The specifications in this standard take into account and supplement the requirements of statutory metrology. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 104-02-07 AA "Ausrüstung für Transporttanks" ("Service equipment for transport tanks") at DIN Standards Committee Tank Installations (NATank).
