Overview

This standard is a new edition. It applies to effluent filters for water treatment whose filling material consists of granular filter material in the form of a fixed bed. It contains specifications on materials, structure and components of the filters. The standard has been prepared by the DIN-DVGW Joint Committee NA 119-07-13 AA "Aufbereitungsstoffe und -anlagen" ("Chemicals and plants for water treatment" at DIN Standards Committee Water Practice (NAW).
