Overview

This standard applies to benches from 2 000 mm to 4 000 mm in length used in gymnastics, for example in schools or clubs. It specifies the design and functional characteristics as well as safety requirements and test methods. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 112-01-02 AA "Turngeräte, Matten und Spielfeldgeräte" ("Gymnastic equipment, mats and playing field equipment") at DIN.
