Luft- und Raumfahrt - Leitungen, elektrisch, für allgemeine Verwendung - Betriebstemperaturen zwischen -55 °C und 260 °C - Teil 002: Allgemeines; Deutsche und Englische Fassung EN 2267-002:2015
Overview
The EN 2267 standard series describes requirements for single core and/or multicore electrical cables for use in the on-board electrical systems of aircraft at operating temperatures between -55 °C and 260 °C. The new edition of Part 002 specifies the list of product standards and common characteristics of electrical cables for use in the on-board electrical systems of aircraft at operating temperatures between -55 °C and 260 °C (except otherwise specified in product standards). The following changes have been made with respect to DIN EN 2267-002:2012-12: a) in Table 2, the reference to Table 7 has been added for code T; b) in Clause 5, Table 7, code T, has been added for the identification of white insulation with letters as colour codes; c) In Clause 6, Figure 3 has been added for a specific marking length for the code T. The standards of the EN 2267 standard series have been prepared by ASD-STAN, Technical Section Electrical, Avionics, with the participation of German experts of the Aerospace Standards Committee. The European Committee for Standardization (CEN) declared the Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD-STAN) responsible for the preparation of European standards (EN) for the field of aerospace. The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-04-04 AA "Elektrische Leitungen" ("Electric cables") at the DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
