Overview
The standard contains the German versions of EN 60317-52:2013, issued by the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization, CENELEC; it specifies the requirements for tape round copper wire of temperature index 220 wrapped with aromatic polyamide (aramid) tape and supersedes the 2000 edition which has been technically revised. The responsible committee is DKE/K 413 "Wickeldrähte" ("Winding wires") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
