Overview

This part of ISO 13624 pertains to mobile offshore drilling units that employ a subsea BOP stack deployed at the seafloor. It is intended that the drilling riser analysis methodologies discussed in this part of ISO 13624 are used and interpreted in the context of ISO 13624-1. In Germany, the Joint Working Committee responsible for this standard is NA 109-00-01-04 AK "Bohr- und Fördereinrichtungen - Spiegelausschuss zu ISO/TC 67/SC 4" ("Drilling and production equipment - Mirror Committee of ISO/TC 67/SC 4") at the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries Standards Committee (NÖG) at DIN German Institute for Standardization e.
