Overview
This standard has been prepared by the Food and Agricultural Products Standards Committee (NAL), Working Committee NA 057-05-09 AA "Kaffee" ("Coffee") and specifies a method for the preparation of a coffee infusion which is exclusively suitable for analytical purposes. The provision is applicable to roasted coffee (ground and whole bean) and instant coffee.
