Overview

This standard specifies the dimensions as well as tolerance classes and tolerances of internal and external squares used on or in operating element, for example, hand-wheels, crank handles or grips. In addition to dimensions and tolerances for various size classes of internal and external squares, specifications regarding the standard designation of these products are given in the DIN standard. This German standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 121-06-01 AA "Bedienteile" ("Handles") of FWS.
