Overview

The end plugs described in this standard are pressed as ends into the guard rail tubes on vessels to avoid injuries and to prevent penetration by moisture. The dimensions and material of these plugs are specified. These plugs are suitable for guard rails made of steel tubes with an external diameter of 42,4 mm and a wall thickness of 2,6 mm.
