Overview
This Technical Report gives guidance for avoiding a damaging Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) in concrete. This Technical Report is partly based on the recommendation of RILEM TC ACS (Part 1 of AAR-7). This document contains the English version of Technical Report 16349:2012, taking into consideration the presidential decision made at DIN in 1/2004 and the decision of the responsible committees at the Building and Civil Engineering Standards Committee (NABau).
