This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 027-03-03 AA "Fertigungsmittel für Mikrosysteme" ("Production equipment for microsystems") at the Optics and Precision Mechanics Standards Committee (NAFuO). This standard applies for trays on which tools used in microscopy and precision engineering are arranged in an organized way and which are used for their storage, transport and handling by standardized handling equipment and production facilities. This standard specifies the uniform exterior design, dimensions and tolerances, the marking and the marking area as well as the construction of these trays.
