In this corrigendum, formulas 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 are corrected. The responsible committee is UK 412.3 "Koaxialkabel und -Leitungen" ("Coaxial cables and wires") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
