Overview
This document specifies a method of determining the water absorption of clay and calcium silicate masonry units by immersing them into cold water. It is directed at manufacturers of masonry units, verification bodies and research institutions. The Committee responsible for this standard is NA 005-06-04 AA "Prüfverfahren (Sp CEN/TC 125/WG 4)" ("Test methods (Mirror Committee of CEN/TC 125/WG 4)") at DIN.
