Overview

The VG standard documents grooved pipe ends which are primarily used on pipes, fittings and hose tails for pipelines of the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces). Dimensions and the associated nominal sizes DN 100 to DN 200 and nominal pressures PN (25; 63; 100) and the materials information on the connector pieces are specified in the document. The dimensions of the grooved pipe ends according to this VG standard correspond to those in STANAG 3756.
