Abstract

This bi-lingual (German/English) reference work explains the Chinese standards system as well as the classification and designation systems for Chinese steels. The correspondence between the most common Chinese steel grades and their European equivalents are presented in several tables according to application or product form. The overview of Chinese steels with the corresponding European material numbers allows quick and easy conversion.
