Technical services include the typical activities of after sales service, such as repair, maintenance, testing and consulting. These services can either be B2B (between businesses) or provided to the end consumer (B2C):
B2B services are found largely in machinery and plant engineering, while B2C services deal largely with household appliances and smaller electronic products.
