DIN Standards Committee Shipbuilding and Marine Technology

Overview

This standard specifies the restrictions regarding the manufacturing methods and approval tests for welding necks in accordance with DIN 85387-2, DIN 86037-2 and VG 85356-2 made of CuNi10Fe1,6Mn used in pipelines onboard ships and marine structures. It can also be applied for other standardized and non-standardized welding necks.
