Overview
The VG standard describes the currently practiced method for marking of hose assemblies and hoses. The marking methods A to J are documented through marking letters and comments. Furthermore, the identification colours for fluids as well as colour marks for hose assemblies are described. The markings and identification colours apply for the field of the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces), with the exception of uses in aviation.
